Contract notice: assistance services for the management of services to the occupants of the grand paris company
The holder will notably provide the following services: management of intervention requests; welcoming employees to moods for all requests; management of mail, newspapers and magazines, parcels, shopping, deliveries and office supplies; the deliveries ; stock management ; logistics for meeting rooms, collaborative spaces and venue alcoves; the management and distribution of site ppe; the management and distribution of health epi, type covid ensure the management of movements and handling when consulting soil surveys. the rest of ii.1.4) description of the services is described in article 4.1 of the consultation rulesthe incumbent will provide the following services in particular: manage intervention requests; ensure the reception of employees for all requests; ensure the management of mail, newspapers and magazines, parcels, shopping, deliveries and office supplies; ensure deliveries between sgp sites and possibly to employees; ensure the management of the stocks necessary for the proper functioning of the establishment; ensure the logistics for the meeting rooms, collaborative spaces and alcoves of the sites; ensure the management and distribution of site ppe; ensure the management and distribution of sanitary ppe, type covid; ensure the management of movements and handling; ensure the management of storage and handling when consulting soil surveys; ensure the management of photocopiers (refilling with paper and restarting the it department for maintenance operations); monitor vending machines and water fountains; monitor and update signage; ensure the installation and repair during internal events of the sgp; ensure the management of the car fleet; manage parking spaces. the holder will globally provide a quality service reflecting the brand image of the sgp
