This procedure is carried out in application of the public procurement code. its purpose is to select the concessionaire who will be responsible for the design, financing and execution of the redevelopment work at the nantes-atlantique aerodrome (na) as well as the operation, development and maintenance , the renewal and maintenance of the na and saint-nazaire montoir aerodromes (sn)in addition to the missions of operation, development, upkeep, renewal and maintenance of the na and sn aerodromes, the concessionaire will ensure the design, financing and execution of the work necessary for the redevelopment of na.These works, which will be specified in the consultation documents which will be given to candidates admitted to submit an offer, consist of carrying out the work necessary for the redevelopment of na to adapt it to changes in air traffic. they consist in particular of the repair of the existing runway as well as the modernization and development of the terminal, the aeronautical areas and the reception of passengers at the airport. the concessionaire may also be entrusted, on an ancillary basis , missions of general interest aimed at ensuring the insertion of the na and sn aerodromes into their territory. in this regard, it is notably envisaged to ask the concessionaire to contribute financially, according to terms which will be specified in the specifications of the concession, to the nantes-atlantique compensation fund which aims to finance reduction and reduction measures. noise compensation.Na aerodrome is an aerodrome open to public air traffic whose activity mainly concerns the transport of air passengers and, subsidiarily, freight activities and general and light aviation flights. in 2018, na airfield welcomed 6,199,181 passengers, 7,227,411 in 2019, 2,327,718 in 2020, 3,294,142 in 2021, 5,800,372 in 2022 and is expected to welcome approximately 6.6 million in 2023. the sn aerodrome is an aerodrome open to public air traffic whose activity mainly consists of freight transport linked to industrial activities located nearby. the concessionaire will carry out the missions entrusted to it, at its own expense, risks and perils under the conditions set out in the concession contract. in return for its missions, the concessionaire receives (i) the proceeds from the royalties mentioned in article l. 6325-1 of the transport code from users and fees relating to the use of the area granted by third parties, (ii) the tax resources allocated to it, as well as (iii) the proceeds from any other service or activity that it would be required to provide or allow within the framework of the concession contract. the state has terminated, with deferred effect, the current concession contract for the nantes-atlantique and saint-nazaire montoir aerodromes of which the company is the holder airports in the west. this termination will take effect upon the entry i |
