Tenders are invited for manufacture according to plan and machining service for gantour the purpose of this project is to define the terms and conditions for carrying out machining services and making machine tool parts (turning; milling; mortising; any suitable machine) on behalf of the gantour site. o consistencies of the project the services requested mainly consist of the making or repair of parts according to plans, model or sketches provided by the customer such as: shafts, flanges, rollers, liners and any part requiring machining. • manufacture of shafts/axes from nominal diameter 75 up to nominal diameter 600 mm (in carbon steel type xc 38 and 42 cd4) • manufacture of liners with external diameters < 30 and internal diameter < to 20 up to the external diameter > to 351 and < to 600 and internal diameter > to 301 and < to 550 (carbon steel like xc38 and 42 cd4). • repair of a refilled bearing seat with nominal diameter 100 up to nominal diameter 600 mm (in carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd4). • metric threading and tapping; whitworth and others of the nominal diameter inf. at 10 up to a nominal diameter greater than 300 (in carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd4). • machining of key housing nominal diameter inf. to 25 up to nominal diameter 600 mm (in carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd4) • boring and mortising of coupling hubs nominal diameter inf. at 25 up to nominal diameter 600 mm (in carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd4). • manufacturing of flanges nominal diameter (less than 200 to 500mm) / thickness (20mm to 50 mm) (material class carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd 4). • making baffles nominal diameter (less than 200 to 500mm) / thickness (20mm to 50 mm) (class of carbon steel materials like xc 38 and 42 cd 4). • making labyrinths nominal diameter (less than 200 to 500mm) / thickness (20mm to 50 mm) (material class carbon steel like xc 38 and 42 cd 4). o completion time: 12 months o location of completion category of work: works posting deadline: 05/04/2024 12:00
