Tenders are invited for overhaul service for mechanical and hydraulic sub-assemblies service for overhauling mechanical and hydraulic subassemblies: washing and cleaning the subassemblies to be overhauled; ? dismantling of sub-assemblies; ? the expertise of the subassemblies to be reviewed in the presence of the customer (expertise report); ? identification of defective parts to be replaced (list of parts); ? the assembly of sub-assemblies: changing parts, adjusting and adjusting parts according to the operating ranges and the rules of the art; ? the possible repair of parts and components if necessary (machining, resurfacing, welding, re-dimensioning, etc.); ? the transport of subassemblies and overhaul spare parts from the customer39;s workshops to the service provider39;s workshop; ? qualitative acceptance and performance tests of the revised subassemblies; ? sandblasting and painting of the sub-assemblies (an anti-rust, protective and finishing layer); ? the supply of screws, seals and accessories necessary for the overhaul of the e/s (breather, plug, etc.); ? the supply of oils; ? the supply and repair of s/e following deterioration or damage occurring during transport or performance of the services.
