Invitation to bid : Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 1.5kW & 20kW (multiple) stand alone PV systems in Schools & Hospitals divided into 2 lots across Sierra Leone.
1 Installation Works
1.1 Supply and install mono Crystaline solar photovoltaic modules, 550Wp, minimum number of cells 144, anodized aluminium frame, solar cells embeded in EVA layer
1.2 "Module Mounting Structure:
Supply and Install Module mounting structure of Aluminum or Galvanized Steel type mounting structure (complete sets with mounting frame top and bracings), with Lightning Arrestor for the Mounting Structure( 1m Length 6m radius) including all accessories necessary for electrical bonding and mounting . Note: Minimum 80cm of mounting structure upright supporting poles should be below grade / concrete and the distant between the ground and the edge of the module should be 2 m high, PV slope angel : 10°.
This item include installation of reinforced concrete foundation for the column support of module mounting structure, Including excavation, concrete included for rectangular block 400mm diameter and 1200mm length.

1.2a MMS for three (3) pcs modules (offered) of 550Wp, that accomodates solar generator configuration for the 1.5kVA inverter quoted
1.2b MMS for 36 pcs modules (offered) of 550Wp, that accomodates with solar generator configuration for the 20kVA inverter quoted
1.3 Supply and install DC solar cables, flexible copper cables for connection inbetween PV modules and to the inverters inside the facilities, Including MC4 connectors for termination at the ends
1.3a DC PV solar cable, 4mm sq -red for connecting positive terminals of PV generator to 1.5kVA hybrid inverter
1.3b DC PV solar cable, 4mm sq -black for connecting negative terminals of PV generator to 1.5kVA hybrid inverter
1.3c DC PV solar cable, 6mm sq -red for connecting positive terminals of PV generator to 20kVA hybrid inverter
1.3d DC PV solar cable, 6mm sq -black for connecting negative terminals of PV generator to 20kVA hybrid inverter
1.4 Supply and install offgrid PV hybrid single phase inverter for standalone PV system with a minimum 1.5kVA continous output rating, 24VDC model
1.5 Supply and install offgrid PV hybrid, three phase inverter system for standalone PV system with a minimum 20kVA continous output rating, 48VDC model
1.6 Suppply and install lithium ion battery bank, including cabling for DC power connections, communication and earthing connections, between the batteries together and to the battery fuse box, to have a complete operational circuit connected to the hybrid inverter. With all bus bars, conduits, clamps, stainless steel bolts, washers and cable end terminations and all needed materials to complete the job. Including battery rack for professionall mounting on a battery bank
