The national sanitation office (onas) "the client" intends to launch an open international call for tenders for the supply, loading, transport and unloading of pvc and hdpe pipes for the execution of work to extend the sanitation networks in the towns of menzel bourguiba, tinja, mateur and the rural localities of borj essebai and naffet at the site of the menzel bourguiba wastewater treatment plant in the governorate of bizerte, under a loan of the eib as part of the integrated program for the depollution of the lake bizerte region co-financed by the european investment bank (eib), the european bank for reconstruction and development (ebrd) and the tunisian state.
