Objectives, Purpose and Expected Results
UNICEF Guinea-Bissau needs to rent vehicles for official travel throughout the country and city limits. With
based on cost analysis between office and rental vehicles, UNICEF is interested in establishing a
Long Term Agreement (LTA) with car rental companies.
The Provider will provide the rental vehicles as requested in accordance with the Purchase Orders/Purchase Orders.
Service and LTA terms.
Provider acknowledges that UNICEF will not be required to order a minimum quantity of services. O
UNICEF will not be responsible for costs if no services are purchased under the LTA and will not be exclusive, and the
UNICEF will have the right to purchase similar services from other Providers.
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
The LTA will last for 24 months, starting on May 1, 2024 and expiring on April 30, 2026, except
early termination as established in the contract.
UNICEF will have the right to renew the LTA for a further 24 months upon written notice to the Provider
In the event of a breach of contract, a party may terminate the LTA by giving 30 days written notice to
