Request for Quotation for Scrapping/destroying Of Unsuitable Lpg Cylinders
SCOPE OP WORK
1. Collecting cylinders from ZERA designated storage for destruction at a premises approved by ZERA.
2. Arranging to render the cylinders safe for scraping including verification thereof.
3. Destroying the cylinders by mechanical means in such a manner so that they cannot be reconstructed by welding or otherwise through;
a. Crushing flat the cylinder or
b. Culling up the cylinders into at least 4 pieces i.e.
i. Circumferential cut to the top doom,
ii. Circumferential cut to the bottom doom,
iii. Vertical disseclion of the cylinder body into at least 2 parts,
iv. Flattening out the cut pieces.
4. Recording all works done including reconciliation of number of cylinders cut and weight of scrap generated.
