Tender Are Invited For The works of construction of the wastewater treatment plant of the city of Hidra in the governorate of Kasserine
The National Office of Sanitation "ONAS" has received financing from the African Development
Bank "ADB" and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development "EBRD" in
various currencies for the purpose of the Sanitation Program for Small Municipalities with Less
than 10, 000
Inhabitants - Phase I (PAPC I). It is expected that a sum of this loan will be applied to the eligible
payments forming part of the contract to finance the works of construction of the wastewater
treatment plant of the city of Hidra in the governorate of Kasserine.
3. ONAS hereby invites bids under firm cover from eligible bidders for the construction of a 405
m3/d and 173 kg BOD5/d purification plant.
Participation in the call for tenders is open equally to all natural or legal persons capable of
undertaking it who present the guarantees, in particular technical and financial, and the references
necessary for the proper execution of the obligations that will be made, who are not in a state of
bankruptcy or judicial liquidation or, for foreigners, in a similar situation provided for by the law of
their country.
The services of supply, transport, assembly and testing of mechanical, electromechanical and
electrical equipment must be entrusted to a specialized company. Civil engineering works must be
entrusted to a company with approval for roads and various networks: VRD0 category 4 minimum
or VRD3 category 5 for Tunisian companies, or equivalent approvals for foreign companies
according to the law of their country of origin
